Julian Michaels Water Detox Review

Happy Hump Day Y'all!

Today I decided to write about something a little bit different. I'm going to be completely honest here, before I took my break from blogging, I wasn't too happy with my weight. Even now, I'm still not completely happy yet. For the most part, I have always been relatively thin and I have always been able to eat what I want.

In high school I was on the drill/dance team, so no matter what kind of junk I ate, I was always fit physically. (I even had abs.) During my freshman year of college, I was really good about keeping off the weight. Sophomore and junior year, I did gain some weight, but it wasn't too horrible and I was still content with the way I looked. Senior year just took a plummet for the worst.

First semester I didn't really see much of a difference, but my second semester was a mess. I don't know if it was relationship weight or from all the partying/drinking alcohol, but I could definitely see a change in my body. My face got fuller, my arms got bigger, my legs got thicker and the abs I once had were just a faint memory.

By no means do I think I am overweight, but I do see a difference in my body that I do not like. I'm not as comfortable as I used to be in my own skin. I made a resolution at the beginning of the year to work on my weight, and it hasn't been until recently that I have done something to work on my goal.

I'll be honest with you, unless I am dancing, I don't like to work out. When I first packed on my weight, I was trying to find ways to lose it through cleanses and one of my friends told me about the Master Cleanse. I don't know why I thought I was disciplined enough to not eat for 7 days, but I attempted to give it a whirl and failed miserably. I think I had made my first batch of the spicy lemonade too spicy and it was hard to drink. Also, living at home and not eating is really not an option. My father would never let me not eat anything.

Before I started walking/running at my local park, one of my sorority sisters told me about the Water Detox by Jillian Michaels and how you could lose up to five pounds of water weight, while still being able to eat. I immediately thought I had to try this detox. Well on my break from blogging, I finished up my detox and I wanted to share some thoughts and my results with you all.

Thoughts
1. The detox was fairly easy. I thought drinking 61 oz of the mixture would be a problem, because I don't drink the daily recommended amount of water. I drank a glass of it before I went to work, took a liter of it to work to drink throughout the day, and by the time I got home all I had was a little glass of it left to drink.

2. I loved how you could eat with this detox.

3.The taste wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. From steeping the tea, the smell of it turned me completely off. It's not a tea I would think about drinking on it's own, but I guess diluting it with water, cranberry and lemon juice made it much more bearable. In my opinion I'd rather drink this than regular water.

4. It was simple. It didn't call for a lot of ingredients and the process of making the water was fairly easy. I'm all about simple things. This is exactly why the Master Cleanse didn't work for me. I thought it was too strenuous to make.

Results
Unfortunately, I only lost 1.5 pounds with this detox. I'm sure a major factor as to why I didn't lose as much weight as I could have was because I wasn't necessarily eating the cleanest. I ate decently, but I could have done better. Also I have to keep in mind that the detox was meant to loose water weight. If you don't have much water weight, it's understandable if you don't lose up to 5 pounds.

Overall, I'm not sure I would do the detox again. I think it's great that I got the daily amount of water suggested in my system, but other than that, I don't know if it's actually worth it.

Have you ever done a detox before? Did it work for you?

My Unexpected Break From Blogging

Hello, you beautiful people! I know you have not heard from me in a while, but I'm sure you can guess from the title that I took an unexpected break from blogging.

I honestly had no idea I was going to take one. It kind of just happened. I don't know if I necessarily have a good reason for taking a break, but I feel like it was most definitely needed. Lately, I have been feeling completely overwhelmed by my schedule and I guess I just needed some "me time" to get my ish together.

I didn't really mean for this to be a life update, but I guess this kind of is. Although work isn't stressful, I've been questioning my current path and asking myself, "Is this going to help me get to where I want to be in the future?" To be honest, I don't really know, but what I do know is that God has placed me where he wants me to be right now. In the meantime, I'm trying to focus on smaller issues, so I can eventually work my way up to the big ones, like my career path.

As of this month, all of my school loans have kicked in and they have been hitting me hard. I'm realizing it's hard to save money, which has been very discouraging. The joys of being an adult.

Recently I've been trying to workout and get my body back into a shape that I am happy with. I had been walking outside at a local park after work and I really enjoyed it. It gave me piece of mind and that was something that I desperately needed.

I did take a break from walking two weeks ago. I honestly just wasn't feeling it. I would be exhausted from work and the last thing I wanted to do at 5:00 was go in the heat to walk/run at a park. Although those two weeks off from walking was nice, that's when I realized I was slacking on goals I had set for myself.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel though! This week I am back to walking/running at the park and I am back to blogging.

Blogging is a passion of mine and although I do think I needed a little time off from it, I do feel like it shouldn't have been this long. I was in a little slump and I felt uninspired, but I hope that I can go hard and create content about the things I love.

Besides the boring stuff, I did have a lot of good times on my break from blogging. Here are a few fun updates that I'd like to share!

1. My birthday was at the end of July. Yay for being 23!

Me on my birthday in Austin
Birthday dessert, which was delicious

2. I ended up making my sorority's Alumnae Board.

Some of the alumnae board with the current executive board

On 6th with one of my sorority sisters, Sheila
3. I've dropped a few pounds.

4. I kind of have a new crush. (Who knows how that will go though.)

5. My best friend Ashley came home from grad school this past weekend to spend time with her family, and of course, ME. I hadn't seen her since May, so it was a breath of fresh air being able to spend time with her.

My girls from college
I'm making a promise to myself and to y'all that I will do better with posting consistently! I already have a post in mind that I'm so excited to share with y'all later this upcoming weekend :)

Good Girls Don't Have to Finish Last

I'm usually not one to write a post on this specific subject, but I just HAD to. I'm no relationship expert by far, but I had to get my pent up emotions out and write about something that was effecting my life.

Many of us have had that one guy that we have been hung up on, can't get over and keep running back to, even though we know the relationship is more toxic than not. Mine was my first boyfriend. 7+ years later, we have continued to do the same song and dance.

One day he wants to work on a relationship with me, the next month he'll say he knows we'll never be together and that we are better off as friends.

Well, not too long ago we did the bath and forth dance. He claimed he wanted to truly give us a chance, and of course I became a glob of silly putty and fell for the same thing he has told me time and time again.

I should know by now doing the same actions only results in the same outcome, and of course, the same outcome occurred.

I have been a second choice more often times than not with my ex and I have always made excuses for him. I literally drove myself crazy thinking about our current situation, but I honestly feel like God works in mysterious ways.

The next day I happened to stumble across an AMAZING blog post my friend shared on Facebook that I NEEDED to hear entitled, "You're Not a "Plan B" Kind of Girl."

There's not many posts about single girls finding Mr. Right that speak to me. THIS ONE DID. It was everything I needed to hear and then some.

I know this blog post won't make me magically change my ways about how I handle my ex. It's a long history that I have to want to stop for myself, but this is a push towards the right direction,

I am making a vow to myself that I will not be treated any less than I deserve to be. Every girl is worth more than that. I will no longer make excuse for him or any other guy for that matter. As Kenya Moore magically put it, "Don't come for me unless I send for you."

If any of you girls have had a similar situation, let me know!

June Favorites

Happy Monday everyone! I'm back with my monthly favorites and I can't wait to share with you all what I've been loving for the month of June.

1. Lilly Pulitzer Tops
It is no secret that I love me some Lilly Pulitzer. I've said it a million times and I will say it again. If I could have a closet full of Lilly Pulitzer and nothing else, it would make me the happiest girl in the world.

Lately I have been on a Lilly Pulitzer shopping kick. I'm trying to build up my collection of Lilly pieces and there's so many cute new things out for the summer. It's hard not to want to buy everything in site.

As you know, I've been loving my Elsa in First Impression and now I have another Elsa in Tusk in Sun and an Iona Shell in Multi Behind the Gates Engineered that I have been wearing nonstop.

2. Shiseido Accentuating Cream Eyeliner in 2
OH MY GOODNESS! I don't know what I was doing my whole life without this thing. I've literally had this little pot for over five years and it hadn't been touched since I first bought it.

I had my makeup done for a high school dance, and this eyeliner was one of the products the Shiseido lady used on my face, so my mom bought it for me.

I'm pretty sure I never pulled it out because I never knew how to apply gel liner. I don't really know what made me want to pull it out recently, but since I do have a brush kit with an eyeliner brush, I decided to give this a try.
Regardless of having this eyeliner for over five years, I'm so impressed with the quality. I'm enjoying wearing this instead of my harsh black eyeliner. The dark brown makes my eyes look softer for the summer and it's definitely work appropriate.

3. Too Faced Natural Eye Palette
I decided to shop my makeup stash and use some of the products I've forgot about. I ended up bringing this palette back out and fell in love with it all over again.
I don't care what anyone says, this is a great neutral palette. The colors are so buttery! I think my favorite look in this palette is the "Day" look, which uses all matte colors.

The "Day" look makes you look so put together, without being over the top. I even hit pan on Velvet Revolver this month!

4. MAC Lipstick in Enchanted One
Girls, girls, girls! I think I have found one of my top favorite nude lipsticks! Although I have plenty of lippies in bright pinks, corals and reds, I honestly never wear them.

I always wear nudes because I feel the most comfortable in them. I am always on the search for the next best nude color, and this one is it for me.
Ever since I received this from an online order I placed on Nordstrom, I cannot stop wearing it. I think it looks flattering for my skin tone and how cute is this limited edition packaging?

I'm so sad this is a limited edition product, but I hear Kinda Sexy from MAC is also pretty similar to this. I'll probably have to pick that one up soon and switch back and forth between the two colors.

5. Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara
I had a baby sized sample of this mascara from my A Few of my Favorite Things gift set I had bought around Christmas time, so I decided to bust it out since I was running out of my Maybelline Big Eyes mascara.
You can tell the mascara is drying out quite fast
The first couple of days I used it, I loved it! It made my lashes look so lush! It doesn't quite have the same effect as it first did, but nonetheless I still really do enjoy the mascara.

6. Orly's Oh Cabana Boy
It's rare for me to want to use a nail color continuously. I want to wear this color all the time. I think it's so flattering and the perfect pink for summer. It's bright and fun.

I feel like this color is literally made from unicorn tears. It's that amazing. Orly's formulation is one of the best I have ever used! Love, love, LOVE!

7. Tory Burch Holly Bookbag

You knew I had to add my new crossbody in my favorites for the month! I love this bag so much. It's small enough to where I don't feel weighed down by my bag, yet big enough to fit all of my necessities (and I have a lot of necessities). It's such a gorgeous bag and I love the emblem detail on the front.
The Sweetest Thing
I've been following Emily Gemma's blog since the end of March. I am absolutely in love with everything about her. Not only do I want her closet, but she's absolutely gorgeous. I swear every time she posts her OOTD, I want to buy everything she has on!

Kelly in the City
Much like Emily Gemma's blog, I am absolutely obsessed with the blog, Kelly in the City. I love reading about her life and I swoon every single time she posts an OOTD. I would love to have a wardrobe like Kelly's. Her style is preppy and classy! I LOVE it!

That's it for my monthly favorites! I'm so excited June is over because July is my birthday month! Yay! Tell me what you've been loving for the month of June!

Tory Burch Holly Bookbag Review

Happy Hump Day everyone!

I wanted to do a haul/mini review over my new purse, the Holly Bookbag from Tory Burch. If you look back at an older post of mine, I had this bag on my wishlist. I told myself after I found a job, I would treat myself to a new crossbody since my other ones were basically falling apart.

Months go by and I finally get a job, but then I decide to wait and treat myself for my birthday in July since I have other important expenses to take care of.

Well, I didn't expect the bag to go on sale. By the time I even noticed the sale, the color I wanted was completely sold out. I was so devestated, but I refused to buy the bag in a different color. I knew what I wanted and I didn't want to settle, especially since the bag was going to be an expensive purchase.

On my search for the perfect crossbody, I decided on a Kate Spade one. A few weeks ago I found one that I was ready to purchase on Ebay, but before I was about to buy it, something told me to check the Tory Burch website to see if anything had popped up in the sale section.

I swear the purse gods must have been looking out for me because what did I find? My Tory Burch Holly Bookbag I've been wanting in the Vanilla Cream color. I don't think I could have entered my credit card information in the system any faster.

What did this lesson teach me? To wait. Patience is key. Do not settle for something you're not crazy about, especially when you're paying a high price.
HOLY MOLEY girls! I am in love with this bag!
When I recieved my bag in the mail, I was so in love with it. From the reviews online I was expecting the bag to be small. To my surprise, It was a lot bigger than I had expected.

I can fit my chunky car keys, house key, some feminine products, a full sized wallet, gum and mints, a snack and essential lippies without stuffing my bag to where the magnet doesn't close.
Most of the contents in my purse. Missing the lady products and a snack.
Originally, I bought this bag as a replacement for all my other crossbodys. I wanted this to be my go-to purse when I didn't want to carry anything big, like when I got out for a night on the town. I feel like I can't do that with this purse because I feel like it is too nice.

If someone ever happened to spill a sticky cocktail on my cream bag, I would probably have a fit. I was planning on getting a black monogramed crossbody that's a heck of a lot cheaper, so I guess that will eventually be my going out bag.

Another thing I'm not really fond of with this bag is the fact that if you're wearing jeans, the dye WILL rub on the white leather. I mean I know this is expected with any light colored bag, but I'm pretty OCD whenever I have a new bag.

I wore my bag this past Friday and I ended up getting little stains on it. From ONE day! I used a makeup wipe to get the little stain I had occuring out and I think it worked, but I know this won't be a perminent fix. I'm sure there's leather cleaner I'll be able to use when dye runs on it, so I'll just have to invest in some.

Other than the bag not being practical for going out and dye from jeans transferring onto the leather, I am completely obsessed with the bag. Also, the fact that it was on sale and I got an extra 10 percent off makes it that much better.

I feel like this purse is about to get a lot of love from me!

What is your favorite go-to purse of the moment?

The Balm How Bout Them Apples Palette

It has taken me forever to write up this blog post, but I couldn't put it off any longer because I just had to rave about the newest makeup palette in my collection.

You guessed it, it's The Balm's How 'Bout The Apples Lip and Cheek Cream Palette. Before I bought this palette, I was eyeing it like nobody's business. I watched a review on emilynoel83's Youtube channel and I knew I had to have one of my own.
Before owning this palette, I didn't have any cream blush products in my collection. I wanted to add some to my collection for the summer and spring because I didn't want to cake on tons and tons of powder products on my face during the hot months.

Luckily, I was able to snatch the palette up online on sale. Yay for discounts!
First and foremost, can we talk about the packaging? How cute is this palette? The Balm always outdoes themselves with the most adorable packaging. I love how it has an apple theme and as a single girl born and raised in Texas, I love how there are shirtless cowboys printed by each blush.
I love applying these with my E.L.F. Small Stipple Brush. It applies the cream blushes effortlessly.
I also love how the cream blushes blend perfectly into my skin, making it look more natural than a powder blush.
From L to R: Cider, Cobbler, Pie, Crisp, Candy and Caramel
I love this as cheek palette, but I'm not so sure I love this for my lips. I have tried putting some of the colors on my lips, but I was not a fan because it was pretty drying.

I will say that I tend to always have dry lips, so many of my lip products aren't moisturizing enough. Maybe I'll try applying Carmax before the application and see how I like it.

I did buy this for a cheek palette, so it doesn't really bother me if I can't use this on my lips.

I really don't think I have one bad thing to say about this palette. I love it that much. I think it's perfect for the spring and summer with the variety of colors it contains.

If you have not checked out this palette, you must do so ASAP! I'm sure you'd love it just as much as I do!

What's your favorite blush to wear in the spring or summer?

Manicure Monday - Orly's Oh Cabana Boy

Happy Monday y'all! I'm back with another Manicure Monday and I'm super excited about this one because I've been lusting over this nail polish for years now and I finally picked it up.
Orly's Oh Cabana Boy is a gorgeous hot/neon pink color that has blue undertones and the tiniest bit of shimmer.

Despite the collection of nail polish that I have, I can honestly say I don't own a pink that looks quite like this. I'm usually a fan of creme polishes, but this color makes me want to change my ways.
No Flash
Flash
Pros
1. I have been wearing this for the past few days and I have seen no signs of chipping. All my other Orly polishes are like this, as well.

2. I already touched on this before, but the color is so stunning. It's the perfect shade of pink to wear for the summer.

3. I found this on Ebay for a discounted price. You can find Orly polishes at drugstores, but they can run up to seven or eight dollars. I paid less than five bucks for this bottle. Completely new and free shipping.

Cons
1. My one and only con I have about this polish is that it came out a little sheer, which was something that I was not expecting. I had to apply three coats to make sure it was completely opaque.

Overall, I am obsessed with this polish and I have a feeling this is going to be a color that I reapply on my nails over and over again, especially during the summer.

It took me so long to cave in and buy this polish, but I am so happy that I did.

What is your go to pink polish?

May Favorites

I don't know why I am always surprised every time I write a post on my monthly favorites. I feel like I literally just did my April Favorites last week. Time has flown and I literally don't know where it went.

Down below are my monthly favorites for May. You can clearly tell that one makeup brand took over my favorites, but that's okay.
1. Fergie Shimmer Palette in Photo Bomb
Okay, this one looks quite terrifying as a swatch. It basically looks like a pale yellow, but it looks so pretty once applied to the skin. When I didn't want to look super bronze with my Rose Golden Goddess highlighter, I opted for this one.
Swatches of both Photo Bomb and Rose Golden Goddess
Originally, I had no intention of buying this highlighter, but when I heard people rave about it, I knew I had to have it. I think this would look great on anyone's skin tone, just as long as you blend it out. This one is a must-have.

2. Fergie Shimmer Palette in Rose Golden Goddess
This highlighter is everything! If you are my skin tone or darker, I think you would really like this one. If you want a highlighter that comes off more natural than a pink or silver shade, this is excellent.

Sure, it does have shimmer in it, but it looks like you've been kissed by the sun whenever you wear it. I've been loving pairing this with cream blushes!
Rose Golden Goddess swatch on bottom
3. Wet n Wild Walking on Eggshells Trio
This is an amazing palette for the price. I have been using this palette on a regular basis ever since I got it at the beginning of May. I'd have to say this is my favorite trio I own from Wet n Wild. The colors are so pigmented and buttery. I couldn't ask for anything better. I love this palette because I don't have to think about it and it's work appropriate.

4. Wet n Wild Comfort Zone 8 Pan Palette
When I wasn't using the Walking on Eggshells Trio, I was using this bad boy. I love this palette because it's also extremely affordable and the quality is exceptional.

When I first bought this I only dabbled in the first half of the palette. I stuck with my neutral browns, but I recently did an eye look with the second half of the palette and I fell in love with it. I was worried that the greens would be too much, but it actually came out pretty natural. I can't wait to experiment with this palette even more next month.

5. E.L.F. Small Stipple Brush
Forgive how it looks in the picture above! I know it's so dirty, but I had to include this brush in my favorites. It's awesome! I love this for my cream blushes. The bristles are so soft. It's small, but it works like a dream and it's only three dollars. I repeat, it's only three dollars! This probably has to be one of my favorites brushes that I own.

6. Glamorous Bouquet Necklace in Multi from Lily Wang
So I've always been a fan of statement necklaces. I have a few, but I'm always looking to expand. When I was without a job, I came across the website, Shoplately, via Youtube when I was swooning over a beauty guru's necklace. Shoplately opened my eyes to so many affordable, yet great quality pieces of jewelry.

This month I made a purchase from the seller Lily Wang and I am in love with this necklace. I've received so many complements on it. I will say that I had to superglue some of the holes because my necklace came a part, but it was quick and simple fix.
Songs
Turn Down For What by DJ Snake and Lil Jon
I hate to put this in my favorites, but I have to. I know this song is so over played, but if I could describe May by picking one song and one song only, it would be this one.

May was the month of partying for me. I went to Austin twice. The first time was for Alumnae Weekend and we all know how that went. I also went for one of my sorority sister's graduation. Then this past weekend I celebrated one of my best friend's 23rd. Every week was basically something new to celebrate or party for.
Night on the town with the birthday girl in the middle
Problem by Ariana Grande
This song gives me so much life. It makes me feel like I can conquer the world. Recently my high school sweetheart and I have been having our tiffs, so this song makes me feel like I don't need him or any man for that matter! Girl Power!

DearNaptural85
This month I have bee loving DearNaptural85's vlogs. I've been watching her vlogs for a while now, but this month I got behind on them, so I've been binge watching them. I love watching their family. They are so fun and Olivia is the cutest little thing.

Cream Corn
Of course I had to put a random food item. It wouldn't be me without mentioning food. This month I have been enjoying fresh creamed corn from my lovely mother. Since corn is now in season, she has been making this dish lately and I love it. I'm sure it's not the healthiest, but it's amazing.

Well that's all for my May Favorites! What have you been loving this month?

Milani Coming up Roses Powder Blushes Spring 2014

Happy Tuesday y'all! Hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day and a great weekend.

Today I wanted to talk about a few blushes I got a week or two ago. They are the Milani Coming up Roses Powder Blushes. The ones I own from the collection are Love Potion and Lady Rogue.
From L to R: Lady Rogue and Love Potion
Lately I have been trying to budget my money better, so I held off on buying these blushes online. When I was finally ready to purchase them, Milani no longer had these colors available. Instead, they had the first collection of Coming up Roses blushes from summer 2013. I freaked out, and ended up buying these two colors on Ebay for a reasonable price.

I'm not going to lie, I bought these because of the imprint. I have one from the first collection (which I also had to find on Ebay), and I really did like it. Sure, it's not the best blush I've ever used, but it's a natural color blush that I can wear daily if need be.
These are much like my my blush from the first collection. I will say that my Coming Up Rose Blush in Romantic Rose from the first collection is a lot more softer in texture than the new ones that I have.

Besides their packaging, there's really nothing special about them. I do love the colors a lot though. They are very bright and fun and I think these would be perfect for the spring and summer time. I wish I could've got my hands on Coral Cove, which was a bright orange, but these will suffice.

I read many reviews on these blushes and many if not all of them said that they were patchy looking when swatched, which is very much true. Although they don't come out patchy when applied on the cheeks with a brush, I do find it a little odd.
Top: Love Potion
Bottom: Lady Rogue
If you missed out on these last summer, are a sucker for packaging and love more neutral colors of blushes, you might want to check out their first collection of Coming up Roses blushes that are on Milani's website right now.

If you're looking for the colors from the spring collection, my best advice is to search Ebay. You can find them floating around there for a reasonable price, just keep checking.

Now that I have these blushes, it makes me want to try the Milani baked blushes. I've heard nothing but good things about those!

Do you have any of the Coming up Roses blushes? Do you have any Milani blushes in general?

Drugstore Makeup Haul

Happy Tuesday girls! Its been a little over a week since my last post so I apologize for my horrible blogging schedule. I had planned on posting this last Thursday, but I had internet issues so I wasn't able to.

Basically I kind of went HAM at the drugstore recently. In a matter of two weekends, I bought, bought and bought some more. I blame Nouveau Cheap. Knowing what all the sales are for the week makes it hard not to wonder off into the drugstore to see what you can find!
With that being said, I wanted to share all of my new goodies I have accumulated with you all.

First on my list of things I bought were the Jordana 12 Hour Made to Last Liquid Eyeliner Pencils in Black Point and Aqua Stone.
You already know how I feel about Black Point from my monthly favorites. I haven't used Aqua Stone yet, but I'm sure I'll love it just as much. The fact that these are so affordable and then I got them on sale makes this a great purchase.
Three weekends ago I picked up my second round of items. I ran into Walmart to get my eyebrows done before my trip to Austin and of course I had to venture into the makeup section. I wanted some eyelashes for the weekend, so picked those up and I couldn't help myself wandering into the Hard Candy section.
There's a ton of Hard Candy products on my wishlist, but I decided to refrain and only pick up their Blush Crush Baked Blush in Honeymoon. I've heard so many wonderful things about it and how it's a great highlighter. Since I've been on a highlighter kick lately, I picked this one up. I've only used it once, but so far so good!

After my Walmart run, I ran into Target for a bathing suit cover up and the E.L.F. Small Stipple Brush. I knew I needed to get this because I was expecting something in the mail (post later on this product) that I needed this specific brush for.

I see why everyone loves this brush. It's awesome! Its bristles are soft and it applies makeup effortlessly. I've been using this brush everyday since I got it.
Lastly, I went into Walgreens because I was dying to get my hands on the Walking on Eggshells palette from Wet N Wild. I tried to buy this palette when I picked up the Jordana eyeliners, but my Walgreens was out of stock. Luckily, this time around they had some, so I picked it up along with the Fergie Shimmer Palette in Rose Golden Goddess.

I love both of these products and have been using them quite often, especially the Walking on Eggshells trio. I think Rose Golden Goddess is going to look extremely pretty during the summer months.

Top 3: Walking on Eggshells
Bottom: Rose Golden Goddess
Two weekends ago, I drifted into Walgreens and pick up quite a few items from Wet N Wild.
I finally bought the Comfort Zone palette. It was on my wishlist for the longest, but I never bought it because I have more than enough neutral shades. I'm so happy I finally have it. Wet N Wild, in my opinion, has the best eyeshadows in the drugstore. The are so buttery and pigmented.

I also picked the two Shimmer Palettes, Photo Bomb and Video Bomb, from the new Fergie Summer 2014 Collection. Oh my goodness, I love these highlighters so much! They are gorgeous! I don't think these are limited edition, but I could be wrong.

Also from the summer collection, I picked up a small eyeshadow palette in No Filter. I know, more neutrals, but I know I will use the colors!

Lastly, I got my hands on two of the limited edition lipsticks from the collection. This is my first time trying lip products from Wet N Wild and I love the formula of these. They are very opaque and creamy.
